- How do I pay for my order?
- Through PayPal, we can accept payment whether you hold a PayPal account or not. PayPal is a little quicker, but payment is just as readily accepted using most debit or credit cards. If you prefer, you can choose the print version of the order form and post with your cheque or postal order payable to Global Care to Global Care, 2 Dugdale Road, FREEPOST CV2657, Coventry CV6 1BR
- Will you confirm my order?
- Yes. If you buy online, we will confirm your order by email to the email address you provide soon after you place your order. If you order by post, we will process your order and only send a confirmation if you include a valid email address.
- How long will my order take?
- For 'personal' gift items: Please allow 21 days (from receipt of your payment) for delivery. We will despatch your order using Second Class post. For project gifts: once funds are cleared, then we will contact the project manager and start the sourcing and purchasing process. Particularly in rural areas, this process can take between 3-12 weeks, depending on the availability of the purchased item.
- Can I order items if I live outside the UK?
- The prices quoted on this website are for UK DELIVERY ONLY. If you would like to order items to be delivered elsewhere, please contact us by email at Global Care info@globalcare.org.uk
- Will my order and payment details be secure?
- Yes, we use encrypted technology for security. We do NOT store personal information in cookies on your hard drive.
- What if my order arrives and is incorrect?
- We will do everything we can to make sure that the order is picked and despatched according to your instructions. Please be sure to double check the details you enter on-line. Once your online payment has been processed, it may be possible to make corrections by contacting Global Care on (024) 7660 1800 or email info@globalcare.org.uk at the earliest opportunity. Global Care accept no responsibility in the event of inaccuracies due to incomplete or inaccurate completion of the order form. Any order errors due to our own failure will be corrected at our expense at the earliest opportunity. Please quote your order number in any correspondence.
- How much is postage and packaging?
- Postage and packaging costs vary depending on the item ordered - however, this is clearly displayed when you choose the item and proceed to checkout.
- Why do you ask for a separate, additional donation?
- We hope that our campaigns will raise awareness and support for our projects worldwide. To make this campaign as attractive as possible to as wide an audience, we have tried to keep the cots to a minimum. You do NOT have to make an additional donation to buy any item from Global Care. However, if you do feel able to make an additional donation, then please follow the onscreen instructions. Additional monies raised will go towards helping projects in the country you have selected.
- Refusal
- We do reserve the right to refuse an order - and to refund all monies - for example, if you order dog tags and request a personal engraving/message that is deemed defamatory, racist or otherwise offensive.
