Please enter your given name and family name. Please also enter the email address at which you wish to receive emails from Global Care.
The remaining fields are concerned with allowing you to access the site easily, while at the same time maintaining privacy. Please enter a user name (anything you like, though it must be unique within Global Care and a password (which must also be unique, and at least 6 characters). You will be prompted if either is not unique, and you will need to remember both in order to log in to the site in future. For technological reasons it is impossible to send you your password if you forget it; however the site can send you a hint to jog your memory. Please enter something in the hint field that will remind you, but not give the password away to anyone else. "Daughter's name" is not recommended!
If the hint doesn't help, you can request a temporary password. However, before one is issued you must provide an answer to a question which would not be common knowledge. You enter both the question and answer here, but if you ever have to input the answer because you've forgetten your password it must match exactly what you enter now. An example: Question - My mother-in-law's maiden name; Answer - Leach.
